New kitchen nightmare!

You get promised a smooth quick process, yet it is close to a month without a functional kitchen. The whole Installing kitchen process they have going on seems like a great idea but they did not consider the impact of having multiple contractors act independently. There is no project manager to help coordinate anything, all is left to the client. As a client I need to keep track of progress, ensure every contractor actually does what they need to do according to the plan, no one from leroy actually gets physically involved. You pay the millions and get left alone to deal with 'strangers'. One contractor is a real pain in the butt and leroy is not helping me push the guy to get the work done, the only form of communication is a whatsapp group and for some reason they think it is the best way to run a project. They just stay quiet in the group while the client goes back and forth with a contractor.
