NEVER ORDER FROM LEROY MERLIN

I will never order again from Leroy Merlin - this company doesn't even understand the concept of customer service

I ordered 20 chairs which I paid in full for, and which were to be delivered by 17 Oct. They never arrived. When I phoned to see where they were Leroy Merlin said the order was being fulfilled by a contractor and the delivery deadline was their problem. When I (politely) complained the customer service agent hung up on me. When I called back and spoke to someone else they promised to revert (but never did).

I am currently having to instruct attorneys. I have paid in full, but two weeks after the delivery deadline I have no chairs, no refund, and no contact. NEVER AGAIN.
