Never deliver, no feeedback, no refund...

I must say I am DISGUSTED in your service.

We placed an order in December and after following up repeatedly (at my own cost) did not receive the products. Eventually I asked for a refund on the 14th of January (over a month later with no goods)--- which, surprise surprise, we still have not got either. And after continuously calling I was told the finance department had NO clue about my refund.

I am SO disgusted.
