Never buy online from Leroy Merlin
Never buy anything from Leroy Merlin online. It has been 4 weeks since I placed my order, and still not delivered. I have send multiple emails, and every email gets ignored. Worst experience ever, feels like I got ****med.
I wrote my concerns on the feedback review email that I got from them. Lee-ann Martin contacted me regarding my issue, and then after responding to her I also got ignored.
Thus far I have sent emails to: LEE-ANN MARTIN <***> TSAKANI SITHOLE <***>, ZANDILE MAKANANISA <***>, NTOMBIKAYISE HLATYWAYO <***>, OFENTSE WANA <***>, KATLEGO HLOKOE <***>, NTOMBI MHAULE <***>
I do not know what else to do, I do not want to write bad reviews, but being ignored is by all those people are just bad customer care.
