Neglecting customer’s requests
I went to Leroy Merlin in Boksburg to buy a Defy- DHG 901 Gemini dual fuel hob-1wok + 4Ceran-black for R5000 plus and to my surprise I received a Defy gemini 82cm ceran hob-dhd 413 as per slip after I physically showed the gentleman that helped me the stove I wanted! I wasn’t aware of this until the builder took out the stove which was completely not what I asked for!!!
