My order would have been delivered on the 21st of December

My order would have been delivered on the 21st of December. I waited the whole day. Nothing. I want on their website bit it just said the order was picked up by the courier on the 18th. The question remain who is the courier?? If I know i would have called them to track the order. Yesterday on the 23rd I called their Head Office. The lady informed me she cant track my order but will try and call me back. No one did. So I emailed and received a reference number only. This morning i called again and latrr hang up as I want waiting more then 7minutes . This is the first time Leroy Merlin failed me. After i saw other reviews I am starting to doubt them
