My order cancelled and struggling to get refund

0n the 15 march 2024 I purchased couches . However on the 20th march 2024 the order was rejected / cancelled, they ddnt even bother to offer me anything they have on the market and I was not told why they cancelled the sale. I have called numerous times regarding my refund and i kept on being told by the call center they still waiting for response. Today it’s the 27th march 2024 I still haven’t received my refund or any explanation why my order was cancelled.
