Multi Billion dollar company Leroy Merlin behave like a backyard **** .

I ordered a basketball hoop and stand from Leroy Merlins website. They deducted the full amount (R3500) immediately. shortly after i received an email confirming the order with a order no and just had to wait for delivery. After a few days of not hearing anything I tried to call with no avail. For the next two days I constantly tried until eventually someone answered my call. I asked them about the order and when it will be delivered. The agent that answered my call told me that my order was cancelled. When I asked about the money that was debited from my account , the agent didn't know anything and promised to call me back. I havent heard from anyone again. I wkll have to get legal advice if this doesn't get resolved soon.
