MPHO IS AN ASSET FOR YOUR STORE

After visiting the Boksbank store of Leroy Merlin, I can say I have visited all three stores in Gauteng or shall I say South Africa at large.

Given the service received from Mpho at the Bokburg Lighting department, I can confirm that Mpho is one Manager who understand the definition of service.

Upon arrival, she was on a phone dealing with an irate client whose goods were out of stock. Mpho's technique to calm the client down is commendable. She puts herself in the shoes of the client and then app**** the old saying which goes like this: treat people the way you would expect them to treat you in a similar situation.

Now back to me, I was there to pay and collect four Lakko LED lights which were put aside for me as I did not get them at the Stoneridge store. Mlpho helped me with dedication and it was NOT difficult to see the willingness to assist from her face. She gave me the lights and I then gotten interested in down lights as I am busy with ceiling at my home.

Although I could gather that Mpho's knowledge on ceiling and it's construction was limited, she still paid much attention to my explanation of the design of the ceiling I had in mind and went on to guide me well regarding the down lights and explained the differences between the small and big lights and the beams associated with each.

It was refreshing after driving from Hartbee****rt dam_North West to Boksburg, to find such kind of assistance and dedication. When I asked why is she so helpful, she told me something I took along with and I am going to use it in my line of profession. She said, during training, she was taught not to focus on money but focus on servicing the client in such a way that s/he does not hesitate to call back to the shop.

I must agree that I received a great service such that I have already started spreading the work to my family and my friends about her service and the goods which the store offers.

You have an asset in Mpho and many of your staff will be pleased to have a leader who leads by example.
