Misleading Stock on Site
Ordered an alumnium profile for in-store collection, and when I got there it was out of stock. Did get a refund with a 10% discount, and ordered the same part again, after the site showed that there were availble fo delivery, only to receive a call saying that they do not have stock. Very unprofessional to have the website indicate stock availability and then not be able to provide. After the call, I checked the site again, and still 5 availvalble for delivery and 1 for in-store collection.
