Misleading images on website

I've ordered an inflatable pool hammock, which shows 2 inflatable pillows that fits into a mesh housing together with a pump that can be used to inflate or deflate the hammock for ease of travelling. The item supp**** however is a completely different all-in-one hammock with NO pump easily obtainable from most online stores at a dramatically lower price. When complaining about this I was merely informed that the correct items was supp**** and to return it for inspection - not the kind of service one would expect from a company this size - getting a response also needed 2 follow-up emails. - reviews on their website also gets removed because it doesn't fit their guidelines.
