Misleading advertising

Absolutely unacceptable. I paid for a coffee machine that was advertised as available, only to be told afterwards that it is no longer supp****. This is misleading at best and feels like false advertising. I explicitly said I was willing to wait for a similar unit, yet the store forced a refund on me without offering anything remotely comparable. This is not just poor customer service it’s disrespectful to paying customers. A business that lists products it cannot supply, and overrides customers’ reasonable requests, cannot be trusted. I will not be shopping here again, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before ordering anything online from this store.
