Masala in Lighting department at Fourways store = very helpful and knowledgeable

I would like to say that I got exceptional service from Masala at Leroy Merlin Fourways in the lighting department. He helped me find the correct down light and then further assisted me by doing a video call from home where he assisted my painter on how to install the down light properly as it was not a simple bulb to install and a rather difficult job for a painter to perform. Masala was very friendly and helpful throughout the process from the store and the video call.
