Lukewarm at best
So-So experience. Look, the shops are really nicely laid out and staff is fairly decent. They have a lot of categories, but a pretty small selection in each category. Generally speaking, I leave with only parts of my needs met each time. Plumbing? Go to PlumbLink instead. Timber? Rather go to TimberCity.
Leroy Merlin does a lot, but none of it particularly well. And they're quite expensive if you bother to shop around for even a short while.
The only stuff they have in abundance are cleaning products, power tools and specialised timber.
