Lost customer

Terrible, disrespectful service. Went into the Boksburg store to enquire and purchase new garage doors and motors having thought I found the right options online. The staff working in that area were too busy talking about what to buy at checkers and on loud speaker phone calls with their friends as I assume as it was full of jokes and laughs.. after the 3rd attempt to get information out of them, I interrupted their chat to tell them I’ll go somewhere else.. not even an effort to help after that.. will rather support small businesses and pay a bit extra then deal with this company.. not my first poor visit here either!
