Little Falls store manager refuse to speak to customers

Absolutely pathetic service. And then the manager Majid Harfouche of the Little Falls branch refuse to speak to customers.

Items do not scan on the system and when staff returns with a barcode from the shelve, they want to charge you more then R100 per item more as than advertised on the shelve. When you query why the price is different you are told that that is just the price.

The price that the lady got was for the double pack when I had singles. So clearly the staff does not know what they are looking for on a shelve and will charge you anything. And you are not allowed to correct them. So, if I bought a roll of insulation tape and they scan the barcode of a 20L paint for it I am also jot allowed to correct them.

When trying to address the matter with the manager Majid Harfouche he refuse to speak to you. So let's just charge customers what ever we want and then split the overcharge afterwards.
