LIES, THIEVERY, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Pathetic, beyond bad. NEVER MAKE AN ONLINE ORDER FROM THIS STORE EVER. DELIVERY DATES ARE LIES AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT FOR FOLLOW UP IS NON EXISTENT. Made an online order for an item I needed to take overseas with me. The delivery date was two days from the date of the order. I only ordered via Leroy Merlin because the delivery worked with the urgency around when I required the item, before my departure. They took my money, **** about a delivery date which came and went with no email, no sms, and when I contacted them over the past two days via email and WhatsApp I get automated messages and NO ASSISTANCE. So, they have my hard earned cash and I have NOTHING in return and I depart for overseas without the item I required. NEVER WILL I EVER AGAIN. Will be reporting to consumer watch and Sunday Times. In a day and age when takealot can deliver ON THE SAME DAY companies like this deserve to fail. I’ll take up the battle with the call centre again when I have a spare 5 hours to spend on hearing more lies and excuses. At this stage you have ****** my money. I’ve paid for something I never received.
