LEROYT MERLIN ARE PATHETIC

Leroy Merlin is one of the most pathetic companies I have dealt with when it comes to ordering things online. Their tracking facility is a complete waste of time and then when they tell you your items will be delivered only part of it arrives and the rest doesn't arrive for another 2 days and every time you follow up with them, you get a new ticket ID and you get given different promises as to when the order will arrive. When you insist on a refund, they say they can only do it within 48 hours when they are extremely quick to take your money from you when you place the order. Even the department manager I spoke to could not guarantee me of when the order will be delivered. I have cancelled the order now and wait to see when these fools will refund my money. LEROY MERLIN ARE PATHETIC!!!!!
