Leroys service very poor

On wednesday i tried to shop at Leroys Fourways for drill bits - router bits - holesaw bits and wood shelving and an electricity meter Whilst the shop layout and product availabilty is great - the service level is very poor I searched for drill bits etc - noone to help - or give advice - i mean which drill bit range is the best - how do i attach the holesaw bits etc - nothing- no help in a sea of merchandise Then for an electricity meter - the guy hasnt a clue as to the operational ptocedure around the prepaid meter ("the instructions are in the box")- i mean.... The wood section doesnt have meranti I left in frustration - service and knowledge are obviuosly not part of the plan in essentially a well equipped shop Try Chambetlains Montana - also well laid out - good choice - but more importantly you get service from people on the floor who actually know the products and can give you advice
