Leroy’s Electrical Equipments are ****

Leroy Merlin seems to seek **** replica of the original products. I bought a welding machine 1st that could not strike an arc, it was exchanged and the 2nd one still failed. Now I bought a Max pressure pump that just couldn’t work as expected. When you open a tap no water comes out and you have to restart it every hour. I reported the matter in Jan 2025 the same month it was installed and they advised me to move the tank closer to the pump and use a 32mm water pump which I did and it still failed. I bought a different brand and installed it to the same setup and it works like wonders. I brought it back and they gave me a runaround. They wanted to book it in for repair which is unfair because this pressure pump has been failing from the 1st week of installation which was communicated to them.

After spending more than R50K on none electrical plumbing material at Leroy Merlin, I will never buy anything there.
