LeroyMerlin poor service and backup
Must state that this is the most awkward supplier that I have ever dealt with. I ordered a Magnet 24v lithium iron battery from them which was delivered and on installation was found to be faulty. You log a query online. Reaction is slow and extremely cumbersome. I cannot but to state that it highly unlikely that I will ever use them again. Service, does not exist in their books. 😡😡😡😡😡😡 Recommend, definitely not a chance.

Or 2) you simply are not seriuos about customer service?
Now 2 weeks down the line and no end in sight of solving my problem!!
