Leroy shocking service
I ordered a sliding door on 28/11/2021 to be delivered within 5 to 7 days, paid and received confirmation as their system showed 3 in stock, a week later only after asking what is happening to my order did I receive an email stating that their system is incorect an that there is no stock, I already booked and paid contractors to come and instal and rep**** to said email that I was not happy and that they should then pick up the cost, yet again I received a email stating that one of the management will contact me, no another week later still no door or communication from them, this is pathetic

10 Dec 2021, 18:21Exactly what I was talking about, still no contact made and my order tracking still stuck on "processing" my contractor will be here first thing in the morning and still no door to instal. Pathetic, in future I would rather spend a little more with a company that is actually trustworthy. I would never recommend Leroy to anyone I know
