Leroy POORlin cannot delivery and is pathetic in service

You can call and call and call, no one will answer the phone, when they call you back 7 working days later the person just called to say they dont know how to help you..... Placed an order as all products was in stock at Greenstone branch, spoke to the store directly with a miracle. Selected my default store as greenstone as instructed and placed the order. Then the online order gets created to little falls, so 7 working days later i expect my delivery....only to get a call that one item is not in stock but they will delivery the first batch of items. its now 5 working days later and still no delivery, got a DSV confirmation but DSV says it has not been collected as they didnt get a notification from Leroy POORlin. Now i see on the Leroy POORlin website that my order will only be delivered in 6 working days..... unacceptable and still no one answers the phone at the online call center.
