Leroy not being transparent with delay of deliveries
I previously ordered bricks and had to wait 3 weeks for delivery.
Before I ordered goods again I 1st checked the estimated delivery time. At the time I ordered, the estimated delivery time were 27 December 2024. I proceeded with the purchase as I expected the delivery on said date. After payment I received confirmation of order indicating delivery will only take place on 16 January 2025. This is unacceptable as I have the builders on site and now they are not able to proceed. Leroy should be honest if they are not able to deliver in order for consumers to make an informed decision. If I new this i would have ordered somewhere else.
