Leroy mislead me to buying materials from them

I have been mislead by leroy merlin. I bought materials on the 28th of September which they said will be delivered by the 4th of October. I have been there at the store with all their stuff lying to me further telling me different stories. Dillan from online in Boksburg said my order will delivered on the 9th when I was there with him at the store. He further mislead me, now I have an angry customer and lost future business revenue because of Dillon and Leroy. I'm not sure if it because of me being black or what.
