Leroy merlyn unprofessional

I have ordered boards to be cut and edged on the 13/08/2020 and still not received my order. I keep on calling the store and the call centre complaining they just ignore me one of the call centre agent actually laugh at me when I ask her why she never rep**** too my call. I'm very upset about what happened and my client keep on asking me why do I not finish the job. Now I get a bad name because of them. I called again today they said they will come back to me and I'm still waiting for the results.
