Leroy Merlin/Nucleus - Worst service ever !!!
Worst service I have ever received, order got delivered to wrong city, I have to follow up daily without any response, Been 8 days and still no idea if I will ever receive the order. Not one person from Leroy merlin has bothered to call me or provide feedback. As for their courier company, "Nucleus" same issue, just as inefficient and non existent, after they took my money as they are. Stick to Builders Warehouse and Take A Lot, they will never disappoint you.
