Leroy merling terrible will not ever buy there again or recommend anyone to buy there, selling products that has been sold already after 2 months

I have ordered and paid in full for bedroom cupboards on the 24 November 2021 which I was told there is one cupboard on my list not in stock they will only be able to deliver and have stock on the 31st December 2021.

Since then i phoned in December and all of a sudden it is a diffrent cupboard thats not in stock anymore waited patiently and when i phone just after the 31st of December the cupboard was in stock but now the doors for them are out of stock and my new recieving date was 24 January 2022.

Waited patiently i Phoned on 24 January i phoned and was told they had stock yesterday but was sold so today no stock of another cupboard. Spoke to the department manager today and said that he will sort it out for me as someone else wasnt doing their job.

It has been 2 months later still without any product and useless service from leroy merlin boksburg and the call centre. I have paid in full on the day of order in store on 24 November 2021, 2 months later still no product or any answer. Only that my paid products gets sold inbetween my calls.

How can you as a big company sell items in store that has been paid in full and already ordered 2 months ago??? I think of it as *****ing money as i have paid but the same products keeps getting sold 2 months later in store without me recieving my order. Only recieved my order yesterday after 2 months and nunerous phone calls.
