****, ****, LEROY MERLIN, YOUR BROEKIES ARE ON FIRE

In my opinion, Leroy Merlin puts promotions in their pamphlet, to get customers into their stores, but these promotions do not exist. Two weeks ago on the second of September they were promoting lights in their pamphlet. So my wife and I went to Leroy Merlin Strubens Valley. My wife wanted to buy three of them. The salesman at Leroy Merlin said that they all got sold out. Which was a nonsense story, because how can you sell all of your lights in a few seconds. Then after investigation, it was a lie. They did not have any. The store manager told my wife they should be in the store on the Friday the 8th September. So I did not trust him, and put a complaint in at Leroy Merlin Head office. My reference number for the complaint is ( 742322). A manager from Head office phoned my wife and said that we will have them by the Friday 15 September, which was yesterday. Guess what? Lie after lie, after lie, after lie. My wife never received a call, all I received was an email, saying when they get them, then they will contact us. I wrote a response email back to them, to find out when these lights will be available, and guess what? ....no response. it seems my complaint is similar to all the complaints on Hello Peter. For all your lies, wouldnt it be kind of you to give my wife a gift voucher, but I suppose that wont happen.
