Leroy Merlin worst service

Worst experience ever, placed order over a month ago, just to be informed they don't have stock, I requested a refund , now I have to wait 14 days. Bad service, unprofessional.

Oh my soul still they can't understand two orders , same amount but they only cancel one and refund one!!!! I want my money today.
