Leroy Merlin very bad treatment

I shoppd at Leroy Merlin today. I bought a wardrobe that came in a very large, long box. Almost 3 meters long and 1 meter wide. Extremely heavy. After paying, nobody wanted to help me push that huge trolley to the car. I am a 65 year old woman. The cashier called Simpiwe from that department, but he refused to come. I am very, very disappointed to have been treated so inhumanely and badly.
