LEROY MERLIN UNWANTED CHALLENGES
Re doing my bath room I thought hey lets go with leroy merlin. This was a mistake. There is no sales people at the diffrent departments or they just ignore you when you are there. The product you want to purchase when you are there is not available but when ordering it online at the same store it is? The delivery gets done with stuff forgotten to load. and phoning the around to trace it. waiting 45 minutes for one order that you go and pick up yourself. and this is with not one single person in front of you. also they sell example "screed mix that is sold out - the system do not say out of stock ? then getting a refund again. loading your own cement, ready mix building sand. just no loaders in the yard. Builders a tad more on the price but you get helped in 5 min no problems. Must say worst service
