Leroy Merlin too R21,000 and NEVER delivered

My order number is #*** - 299776. I ordered and paid for this kitchen on 24 March 2023. Delivery was promised for 31 March 2023. Today is 20 APRIL 2023 - and no kitchen in sight. I have sent emails, made calls and still nothing! I cannot rate the actual product at this point because all I have is a picture, but what I certainly CAN rate, is the extremely POOR SERVICE LEROY MERLIN! Only 2 of the many staff members that I have dealt with deserve any praise - Nonhlanhla and Florah Nthama, the ONLY people who cared to make contact and follow up, despite the failure of the department head Basetsana who NEVER answers her phone (+***) Nonhlanhla told me that on their internal system, other staff could also not get in contact with Basetsana.
