Leroy Merlin **** third party businesses

I bought a handheld garment steamer a few weeks back from Leroy Merlin and saw a similar product somewhere else. I then lodged a request for return (refund) a day after it was delivered. I waited a few days for a response and ultimately received a response sighting that Leroy Merlin was selling the product on behalf of a third party and therefore will not be able to refund the money because sighting the fact that I saw it cheaper somewhere else is not good enough.
