Leroy Merlin - the worst products and service

Following the return of items, which LM claimed they did not receive, and following my review on Hello Peter, they found these items in question at their warehouse within the hour!!

It has been a week, and no refund has been given. Following a number of enauiries, they have gone mute! The worst customer service (and quality products) I ever came accross.
