(LEROY MERLIN) THE WORST ONLINE STORE TO DATE!!!

I would like to say this has been the most SHOCKING experience EVER. I do a lot of online ordering and this by far is the most atrocious. I ordered a headset through Leroy Merlin not knowing that they outscores there products out to other suppliers. It has taken almost two weeks for them to supply me with a product that comes from Cape Town with me being based in Cape town. I am horrified that they do NOT contact you back and lie in your face to try and keep you calm. They send you emails that you cant reply too and ultimately you get no joy from Leroy merlin. I have had to contact them each and every time because there response is so poor (NON EXISTANT). My best advise is NEVER ORDER FORM THEM EVER they are the WORST service EVER.

Please DO NOT contact me. You have waisted too much of my valuable time already not to mention all the airtime I had to spend on calling you. This is not to mention the disappointment of not getting the product I was after. I believe you're company is USELESS and the people *********** from you're call desk to your management.
I will NEVER buy from you again neither will my group of companies or my Wifes companies. Do NOT expect a reply after this message!
