LEROY MERLIN - the WORST company to deal with.

I have purchased 2 wishbone chairs from Leroy Merlin, but had to return it because of POOR quality. I have requested a refund, but after various mails and phone calls, I still do not have an answer as to the refund being done.

In addition, Leroy insisted that only one chair was returned - BOTH were returned in the original box they were delivered. They are not truthful- so BE WARNED - do not purchase any stock from LEROY MERLIN as the quality is bad and you will have endless problems getting a refund.

How does companies offering poor service and quality get away with this?
