Leroy Merlin - the original Mickey Mouse outfit

Leroy Merlin is the original Mickey Mouse outfit and they shouldn't be allowed to trade. I placed 2 orders with them. They called the following day to advise that they can't honour the price on the first order (I received an official order by e-mail) and that they would be refunding me. The phone call was a "by the by" conversation - like an everyday occurrence. They called the following day to confirm that they don't have stock on the 2nd order and they would be refunding me my money. Again, I had received a formal confirmation of the order. Why on earth did they accept the order if they don't have stock! Don't offer an online store if its too difficult to run properly. Be warned - if you order anything from Leroy Merlin there's a very good chance they will call the following day to cancel it. Its certainly not a coincidence that they score such a low rating on this website!
