Leroy Merlin terrible service

I ordered a Trolley Inverter ELLIES system 720W 1200VA on 28/11. I paid for the item and delivery with a notification that the item will be delivered on 01/12. On 02/12 I phoned to query the delivery since it didn't happen. After 15 mins on the phone, I was informed that the item was discontinued and they do not have any other replacement. To make this worse, is that the transaction will be cancelled and I will be refunded in 7 to 10 working days! Besides the fact that I don't have a christmas present anymore, I won't have the money to buy another very close to christmas! Appalling service with no itention to honour their side of the deal.
