Leroy Merlin talks a BIG talk but that's where it ends!!!!!!!!!

I ordered and paid for a sliding door on 7 June and I was told that it would be available by 24 June. I checked with the store on 24 June and they informed me that it was not ready. They advised that I could expect the door on 26 June. I checked again on 26 June and they apologised because it was not ready. I checked again on 29 June and they apologised because it was not ready. I called them again on 1 July, still nothing.

The service is poor, because they should be contacting me! When I call all I get is broken promises Their delays are costing me money as I have contractors waiting around!

I need to order at least 10 more aluminium windows and doors but I guess I can't trust Leroy Merlin. I will inform people not to trust Leroy Merlin.
