Leroy Merlin, *****ing your money and your time.

Ordered in stock water tanks online from Leroy Merlin on 13 August. By 1 September tanks had not been delivered. I emailed LMSA and was told the matter was being looked into. On 7 September, was told we would be informed when tanks would be delivered...nothing happened. Emailed again on 8 September. Was informed by LMSA that they had to regenerate the order but don't have any water tanks in stock. So still no answer on when the tanks will be delivered. If I hadn't been incessantly trying to get an answer, my order would have just disappeared into limbo. DO NOT BUY FROM LEROY MERLIN UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR MONEY ****** AND YOUR TIME WASTED!
