Leroy Merlin South Africa , Boksburg Branch hires a sick manger in their electric department

Nice shop but employing , sick , *********** and ****** people . I bought a SecurityVue security camera system , Channel 2 on the system does not work properly , There is sick person called Antony who says that he is the store manager and department head in their branch at Boksburg , the guy is a sick ****** , he did not want to listen to me when i tried to explain the problem then later send me emails and WhatsApp messages and clearly on his messages he did not understand the problem because when I tried to explain to him what the problem is he did not what to listen to a "Black " person , treated me with disrespect . I told him to "leave me alone " but he still send his messages and emails and does not have a decency to apologize and ask me what what wrong with the product but pretends as if all is well . Although i called the shop and asked them to tell him to leave me alone , he still send me messages , how sick is this person . I am wondering if the store really hires competent people , who do not see customers as black and white and who know how to respect all customers . Nice shop but it hires ****** manager in their Boksburg branch called Anthony and who protect defective product and does not know what customer service is .
