LeRoy Merlin skirting the Consumer Act

If I could give a minus rating I would! Do not purchase products that can only be purchased online. Not only does LeRoy Merlin not accept any responsibility for the product that is advertised on their websites - but you are pushed from pillar to post if you want to return something that you are not happy with. Not even the returns staff are aware of the returns policy. Now have to travel to Pretoria to drop off a product we are not happy with. They are just ***** when you want to return the item that you are protected by the Consumer Act to do of you are not happy with org your purchase! DO NOT spend your money here!
