LEROY MERLIN SERVICE DELIVERY - WHAT A JOKE!
I ordered and paid for goods on the 4th of July 2022. The ETA for delivery was the 7th of July 2022. Until now, the 15th of July the order still shows as "in preparation". No communication on why the order is not yet delivered. I phoned this morning and they said they do not have stock????!!! Seriously? I now cancelled the order and was told I have to wait 7 to 10 working days for my Money? This after waiting 11 days for delivery?? They will not be getting anymore business from me. I will rather pay more and buy somewhere else.
