LEROY MERLIN SA - NO AFTER SALES SERVICE!!!!!

We ordered a gas geyeser online, it was delivered. We had it installed but it ignites without water being opened and it blasts off the water pipes connected to it. DANGEROUS!!!!!! We called many times to report the problem, the staff at the call centre do not answer, but they do come back to you. One has to repeat every detail over and over again with every call and they put you through to the technical team that is supposed to assist BUT YOU NEVER GET THEM AND THEY NEVER COME BACK TO YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! USELESS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NO AFTERSALES SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
