Leroy Merlin - Poor service

I went to Leroy Merlin in Edenvale on the 17.03.19 to buy T - Poles washing line and the barcode could not scan when I was paying and the was no price on the shelf - I wanted to pay for it because I chose to go buy at Leroy Merlin from Soweto to Edenvale but I was not assisted at all instead they wanted to use the wrong bar code just to get rid of me. I was not impressed the way the way I was assisted , I waited 20 min for them to get the price that they could not get. It seams that the barcode was not ENTERED to the tills ,in that case according to consumer law if an item does not have a price the store should give it to you free. I am really disappointed.
