Leroy Merlin - Poor management.

I usually shop at Leroy for our hardware needs but not again.

One of the employees bumps my car in the beginning of 29th June 202 with Leroy Merlins forklift while loading the the products in my car. The management on site said they will sort out the damage the week after - it is more than two months later and I follow up every week but no response.

I called them again and again. Just saying they will escalate to management and nothing yet.

Still today there are no refund back for the damage caused by Leroy Merlin. Management are poor with it comes with assistance. Easy to sell but tough to give after service.

Please stay away from Leroy to safe you lots of trouble.
