Leroy Merlin Ordering and Delivery is not up to scratch - needs serious work

I ordered some laminated glass (Boksburg) to be cut and delivered. Order placed on 21st April and I am still waiting. Delivery was promised on 13 May and despite phoning I still have nothing delivered. This is my 2nd bad experience with placing orders for something not available in the store. If you cant take it off the shelf at Leroy Merlin and take it with you - rather go elsewhere to avoid disappointment and frustration.
