Leroy Merlin online website sales a ****

I Purchased a lithium battery online for 10k after a few days I called to find out where the battery was they told me 5 working days delivery after 5 days nothing I called again and they told me 20th June for delivery. They told me their 3rd party supplier told them that. I said its not good enough. They then sent me the wrong battery that I refused to accept. Contacted them again, another bull**** story !! They got the supplier to contact me The Solarwarehouse. They tell me S-volt has liquidated and the product is not made anymore. Leroy Merlin after many calls and emails don't give a rats ass. they don't respond with credible information. I am still waiting for my other 3 weeks on. I have checked with other suppliers, their story from their 3rd party supplier is *******. They don't care they are a bunch of ****** I have spent over 100k with them and I will NEVER shop online or instore again. I asked to speak to their managing director Frank Du Fourq but he is not available. Be very careful of this company they are dishonest.
