Good day from a very satisfied and impressed customer from Leroy Merlin, I ordered an aluminium external door, the item ordered was damage and within in a few minutes of ordering, Alfred the sales person contacted me to inform of the situation and offered alternatives, one of those being more expensive and he offered it at no additional cost, delivery took less than a week. Overall experience, pricing was R4k less than what my local stores offered, communication from Alfred very timely and customer service was the best I really hope all my future dealings with Leroy Merlin will be this positive..... #returningcustomer.
